Homemade rusks
Instructions
Knead all the ingredients work well and let rise for about 60 minutes in a plastic bag.
Whisk for 4-5 times the bag on work surface to slow rising, knead again and divide in half.
Place the dough into the moulds and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
When cooked allow to cool, slice thickness of 5 mm, place on the grill and oven roasting at 180 degrees until golden color.
Use as industrial slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 30 g of brewer's yeast
- 200 g of milk (or soft butter)
- 100 g of sugar
- 20 g of salt
