Instructions
Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet 5 mm thick and 8 cm wide.
Join the Gruyere bechamel sauce and pepper, then brush on pastry and dust sides with the grated Parmesan.
Cut the dough into rectangles about 2 cm wide and place them on the baking plate after having moistened with cold water.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon of grated gruyere cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 dense béchamel
- 1 pinch of pepper
