Champagne flan (2)
Instructions
Pour into a saucepan 1/2 liter of water, 1/2 litre of champagne and bring to a boil.
Then add the semolina, stirring slowly and simmer for 20 minutes stirring constantly.
Over cooking the sugar, add 2 beaten eggs and a pinch of salt; stir everything together and then add 4 egg whites.
Grease a mould, pour the mixture and bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt a few tablespoons of gelatin in 2 tablespoons of liqueur.
The baked flan and garnish with jelly.

- 1/2 bottle of champagne wine
- 250 g of durum wheat semolina
- 300 g of icing sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of cherry brandy
- Butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Strawberry jelly
