Focaccia with onions
Instructions
Follow the same procedure used for the focaccia with oil up to the arrangement of the dough in the pan.
Before baking, sprinkle pasta with sliced onions, a pinch of salt and oil before pouring.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of flour
- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- 30 g of fresh yeast
- 2 white onions
- 1 pinch of salt
- Water
