Fregnacce alla from castelnuovo
Instructions
The fregnacce resemble maltagliati.
Pasta flour made with half water and half eggs (without salt), pulled the rolling pin to browse thick and cut into wide strips.
The sauce is prepared with a pesto of Marjoram, garlic and Chili, fried in olive oil frantoio.
