Stuffed omelette
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper.
In a large skillet cook the omelette with a knob of butter so they succeed.
In a saucepan melt butter and 30 g insaporitevi leaf fungi.
Cut into cubes, ham and cheese, add them to the mushrooms when they are cooked.
Spread the filling on half of omelet, then brush with butter half and reflect it on the stuffing.
Put the tortilla on a plate that holds the heat and place in oven for a few minutes, the time it takes for the cheese to melt well.
Serve hot immediately.

- 4 eggs
- 200 g of fresh mushrooms

- 50 g of ham
- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
