Borraggine flowers fritters
Instructions
Wash the flowers dry on a kitchen towel.
Prepare the batter by putting in a bowl the flour, salt, egg yolk and then diluted with milk until thick cream.
In a pan heat the oil and friggetevi the flowers after they have passed into the batter.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of borraggine flowers
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg
- 150 g of milk
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
