Apple Pancakes (Frittelle di Mele)
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk.
Combine sugar, juice of half a lemon, yeast and the remaining milk to the flour.
Work the dough, combine the raisins, lime and cut apples into small pieces.
Mix with care and raise the warm place for 1 hour.
Heat plenty of oil and enjoy the mixture in spoonfuls.
Drain the pancakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 2 apples
- 60 g of sultanas
- 40 g of candied citron
- 250 g of flour
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Peanut oil
- Icing sugar
