Fried Vegetables (Fritto Vegetale)
Instructions
With flour, egg and salt prepare 1 batter.
Wash and cut vegetables: Zucchini and onions in layers, artichokes, fennel, Apple, cloves.
Soak all vegetables in batter with sprigs of mint and FRY.
Prepare a yoghurt and mint sauce for fried typically.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 artichokes
- 4 zucchini
- 2 fennel
- 2 tropea onions
- 12 florets of cauliflower
- 1 mela renetta
- 1 ripe pear (zest)
- 50 g of flour
- 1 egg
- Nonfat yogurt
- 4 sprigs of mint
- 1 bunch of mint
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
