Instructions
Peel the mushrooms, discarding the ends of the stems, then cut each into four wedges and immerse them in water acidulated with lemon juice as you are ready.
Drain and dry.
Peel the pleurotus, rinse and dry quickly.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork along with oregano and salt.
Passed the pleurotus in the egg and impanateli.
Put the oil in a frying pan so that it comes halfway up.
Passed the mushrooms in flour to cover them evenly, then place them in the bowl with the remaining egg and mix well.
When the oil is hot, dip one at a time, the slices of mushrooms and lasciateveli until they are well browned.
After being pulled over, place on a double sheet of kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt and place in serving dish.
FRY in the same way also the pleurotus and serve everything hot.

- 12 very fresh mushrooms and rather large
- 4 pleurotus medium-sized mushrooms
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 handful of flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 pizzicone of dry oregano
- Salt
- For frying:
- Olive oil (peanut oil)
