Instructions
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices after they have been cleaned thoroughly.
Earthenware In a saucepan Sauté in garlic oil and catmint.
When the oil is gilded remove it along with the catmint and combine the mushrooms; Add salt, pepper and simmer slowly, stirring occasionally and adding the broth.
