Fusilli with walnuts
Instructions
Melt the butter on low heat to soffrigga, add the ham cut into strips and cook for 6-8 minutes; combine the lemon zest, cream, salt and pepper and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring.
Once drained the fusilli cooked al dente, toss with the hot sauce, the chopped walnuts, grated Parmesan and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 200 g of ham sliced not too thin
- 80 g of butter
- 25 kernels of chopped walnuts
- 150 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 1 untreated lemon (zest)
- 25 cl of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
