Curried prawns
Instructions
Shell the shrimp and boil for 3 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cream, curry, salt, pepper and celery, coarsely chopped.
Sprinkle cold shrimp with lemon.
Derive from many melon balls, sprinkle with salt and leave them to lose water for 10 minutes.

Serve with shrimp and sauce.

- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 honeydew melon
- 100 g of celery
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry
- Grated coconut
- Salt
