Jumbo shrimp marsala
Instructions
Carefully shelled prawns, wash them under running water and heat for about 5 minutes in boiling water (salted).
Let drain for a few moments, rinse quickly in cold water, drain again and arrange on a serving dish.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, prepare a sauce made with olive oil extra-virgin, marsala, and salt.
Sprayed everything with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
Tip: this recipe is ideal for typical hot days.
If you wish, you may add to sauce a sprinkle of chopped fresh ginger.

- 16 prawns
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Salt
