Instructions

Squeeze the oranges and lemons, juice filtered, pesatelo and put it to fire with an equal amount of sugar (or much less, depending on your taste).

Let simmer gently, skimming regularly until it reaches the right consistency, then pour.

If you can further combine jelly aromatize before cooking some lemon zest (yellow part only), cut into tape and then withdrawn before pouring into jars.
