Instructions

Put soaked in cold water the isinglass.

Boil sugar and 4 tablespoons of water.

Add the lemon juice.

Wring the isinglass and add warm sugar syrup, stir well until completely dissolved.

Wash and dry the grapes marked the grains from graspo.
