Instructions
Prepare a syrup with sugar and a little glass of water, Cook in a double boiler, however, and add the chocolate, except a small piece that will keep aside.
Once the chocolate is melted, slowly add the milk before and cream after and before the start of the boil turn off and remove the saucepan from the water.
Let cool slightly and then add the egg yolks well fitted, put everything in a bowl and put in the freezer.
After three hours, take the frullatelo cream until mixture is creamy and smooth, put in the refrigerator and perform the same operation after two hours.
At this point, the ice cream is ready and you can add the chocolate that you put aside done at bits.
Stir and serve.
