Instructions
Boil the milk.
In a pan left to melt chopped chocolate in a Bain-Marie with a few tablespoons of boiling milk, then pour the cream in the remaining milk.
In a saucepan, mix the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
Dilute chocolate milk spilled.
Place on low flame and heat, stirring, let the cream thickens, but without reaching the boiling point.
Strain the custard through a fine strainer, collecting it in a bowl and let cool, stirring occasionally.
Pour into ice cream maker and pick it up after about 20 minutes.
You have to get a mushy ice.
