Instructions

Heat the water and add the grated coconut and its liquid and turn off before it can boil.

Let cool, strain and add to this much liquid milk until you reach the amount of one liter.

Incorporate then the cream and sugar, put everything in a bowl and put in the freezer.

After about three hours, blend everything until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous cream and add some piece of coconut.
