Coconut Ice Cream (Gelato di Cocco)
Instructions
Boil the milk with the vanilla, then delete it.
Macerate in milk grated pulp of coconut 3/4.
When the milk will be cold pass the mixture through strainer squashing.
Pick it up in a pan, combine sugar and egg yolks and beat with a whisk.
Put on the heat and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, let rest, then put in the ice cream maker.
Before serving sprinkle with grated coconut.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 coconut
- 100 cl of milk
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 6 egg yolks
