Instructions
Prepare crepes by mixing the flour with the egg yolks, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, milk and 180 g of melted butter.
Let it sit for a while and at the time of the preparation of sweet, add 4 tablespoons of cognac.
Heat a little butter in a frying pan and pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture; simmer until they form an omelette.
Then remove it from the fire and placed at the center of a spoonful of ice cream crepes close it as a sachet and sprinkle of cognac, sugar and fiammeggiate.
Sprinkling of candied fruits are served.
