Sprout salad (2)
Instructions
In a bowl mix the walnuts with horseradish, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
Beat the mixture well until it fit a little, add the yogurt and continue to stir.
Drizzle with the cream the sprouts in a salad bowl with the cabbage cut into strips, chives and parsley.
Stir well, season a few minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tablespoons of mixed sprouts of wheat and rye
- 2 tablespoons of creamy yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1/2 grated horseradish
- 1/2 great white cabbage
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 lemon (juice)
