Stewed fried pork rind
Instructions
Prepare the filling with meat, peas, soaked bread, mushrooms, salt and pepper, form of spring rolls with the rind and the stuffing, tie them.
In a saucepan, sauté the garlic with a little oil, pour the puree and place the rolls, add salt, pepper and cook over low heat for 75 minutes.
When cooked, put the beans and diced apples, sprinkle with parsley and serve.

- 8 rectangles of pork rind
- 150 g of pork rillette
- 50 g of boiled peas
- 2 slices of bread (slices soak in milk)
- 50 g of mushrooms sautéed
- Tomato
- 1 apple
- 100 g of boiled pinto beans
- Chopped parsley
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Little of olive oil
