Pork loin roulade
Instructions
Cut into slices the meat and gently tap it with the mallet.
Place in the center of each slice a piece of sausage and a few small nut of gruyere cheese.
Roll up and secure with kitchen Twine.
Brown the rolls, salt and pepper, sprinkle with vinegar, evaporate, crumble over the nut and add a few tablespoons of water.
Finish cooking and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pork loin
- 6 frankfurters
- 120 g of swiss gruyere cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 nut
- Some leaves of sage
- 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
