Linguine with clams
Instructions
Do purge the clams by changing the water several times.
Prepare a garlic chopped very fine and FRY in a nonstick pan.
Add the clams and cover open lively focus; Add the wine, let it evaporate and then season with salt and pepper.
Cook linguine in boiling salted water and drain saltatele once in the pan with the clams.
Add chopped parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
