Linguine with scampi and lemon
Instructions
To enjoy all the taste of this dish, you will need to prepare the gravy at the time; use therefore the cooking time of linguine.
Clean and wash shrimp, let them dry and cut them in half lengthwise.
In a large saucepan, then add plenty of oil with a clove of crushed garlic; as soon as the latter will remove color and put to cook the shrimp.
Salted, flavoured with a dash of chili pepper and cook for about 10 minutes, turning the shrimp occasionally.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and pass the pan of prawns; dress with the lemon juice, zest (yellow part only), cut into thin fillets and a handful of finely chopped parsley.
Mix well so that seasoning and serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 400 g of not-too-large prawns
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 1 pinch of chili
