Linguine with tuna and mushrooms
Instructions
Make a chopped onion, celery, carrot, garlic and fry it in oil and butter.
Combine the mushrooms soaked and squeezed and chopped tuna.
To taste then add the past and coarsely chopped pine nuts, salt and put another bit of oil.
Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Boil the linguine and seasoning them with tuna sauce and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
