Instructions
Used to this cold meat recipe previously boiled.
Cut the meat into thin slices and arrange in a bowl along with boiled potatoes and cut into slices, onion, pickles and chopped garlic and parsley.
Seasoned with olive oil extra-virgin, vinegar and salt.
Stir thoroughly.

- 800 g of beef shoulder
- 200 g of potato
- Wine vinegar
- Some of pickles
- 1 onion
- Garlic
- Chopped parsley
