Instructions
Saute chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter.
Combine the peas and let them stand for a few minutes, add 100 cl of boiling water, the nut, a pinch of salt and cook for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs with parsley, parmesan, bread crumbs and salt.
Pour the mixture into the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
