Turnip and potato soup
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and peel the turnips, then thickly thin.
Mince the garlic and onion and sauté briefly in a large saucepan, then add the turnips and potatoes and let them flavor stirring often.
Cover with about 50 cl of water and let simmer for 30 minutes after salty and peppery.
At 10 minutes from the end to add the pastina and flour being careful not to form lumps.
The soup should be a creamy appearance.
