Instructions

In a Pan fry the garlic with oil, add the bay leaf, celery chopped and peeled tomatoes, add salt and cook for a quarter of an hour.

Remove bay leaf and pour into the pan the peppers cut into strips.

Ultimate cooking.

Cut the bread into slices, abbrustolitelo and place soaked in a bowl.

Season it with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
