Instructions

Prepare a tomato sauce with vegetables; blanch the peas, pork rinds, soak the mushrooms.

Cook the pasta al dente and arrange them on a baking pan with the bottom covered with slices of prosciutto.

Coat with the sauce and serve with pasta sausage rolls, hard-boiled eggs and fungi; drizzle with the Parmesan cheese and serve with slices of baked ham passing.
