Assorted dips
Instructions
Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into strips, sticks and cloves.
Arrange them in a large Salad Bowl.
Serve accompanied with a sauce made with mayonnaise flavored with spicy mustard, Worcestershire and a little cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pepper
- 1 celery
- 3 carrots
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 faggot
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of spicy mustard
- 2 tablespoons of cream
