Spicy chicken
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Wash the lemons, cut into slices and FRY in a saucepan for 5 minutes then put them aside.
Place the chicken in the casserole and dorarlo for 15 minutes, wet with wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
Add the crushed garlic, whole peppers and bay leaf, lower the flame and cook for about 30 minutes at medium heat.
Add the wine and salt when cooked.
Serve the chicken with the fried lemon slices.
