Gratinated tomatoes (4)
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half, salt and leave them, upside down, to lose water for 30 minutes.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, herbs, chopped garlic, salt and pepper with oil.
Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and fill them with the mixture.
Arrange in a baking pan, wet them with a little oil and cook in hot oven for 10 minutes.

- 4 great tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
