Cold rice with tuna
Instructions
Dice the tuna and grilling it.
Lift it from heat, season with salt and pepper.
Blow high heat tomatoes chopped with garlic and 6 tablespoons of oil.
Combine the tuna, pine nuts, raisins and salt.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Cook the rice is al dente, leave it to drain and pass it under cold water.
Season with the tuna and tomato sauce, add the chopped parsley, season with salt and olive oil and allow to cool before serving.

- 500 g of fresh tuna
- 4 tomatoes
