Risotto primavera (3)
Instructions
Cut into small squares all vegetables and fry them in a pan with butter, olive oil, garlic and celery.
When the vegetables are flavored pour the rice already cleaned.
Cook adding the broth you need.
Add the grated Parmesan and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 400 g of rice
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- Celery
- 1 leek
- 2 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 handful of green beans
- 1 handful of mushrooms (or mushrooms)
