Instructions
Blend everything together with the oil, taste, and correct with the flavors that you like.
You can also add the bread crumbs, or a little mayonnaise or even of hard-boiled egg (red only).
Possessing a mortar and pestle with quite a bit of time, you could make the salsa verde mashing, but who does that anymore? To keep it, even a little, it is always covered with a little oil.

- Garlic
- Anchovies in olive oil
- Capers
- Salt
- Olive oil extra virgin
- No of wine vinegar
- Little of chili
