Scaloppine with Olives (Scaloppine con Le Olive)
Instructions
Heat the butter with the oil, then add the chopped parsley and garlic, then the scallops and cook for 10 minutes, adding a little at a time the hot broth.
Add salt, pepper.
Put a slice of mozzarella on each steak and let it melt.
Serve.
