Artichoke and potato flan
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and part of the stem and place them in water and lemon.
Cut the artichokes and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes in a saucepan together with all the ingredients above.
Cut the potatoes into thick slices, grease a mold and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Form of alternating layers of artichokes to potatoes by completing the mold, pressing the vegetables.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool and unmold onto a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with artichokes.
