Spaghettini with clams or muscles
Instructions
Heat to fire 5 tbsp.
olive oil: Brown 1 garlic clove, add 100 g of fresh shucked muscles with their sauce, a teaspoon of chopped parsley and pepper.
Cook in the sauce down to no more than 5 minutes and with this sauce seasoning 250 g of noodles cooked al dente and drained.
