Seafood noodles
Instructions
Sauté the garlic in 6 tablespoons of olive oil, add the puree and cook for 15 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and add the crabmeat chopped, add the wine and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, pour into the pan with the sauce and let them jump over high heat until it is thoroughly mixed.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 450 g of tomato
- 200 g of crab meat
- 1 clove of garlic
- Dry white wine
