Instructions

Brown floured stew in a pan with oil and butter, add the crumbled, nut 5 tablespoons water, cover and cook for 1 hour.

Grill for 6-7 minutes the asparagus tips in boiling water, merge them to 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, pour in the cream, season and serve.
