Touch of mushrooms and tomato
Instructions
In a terracotta casserole saute in garlic oil and thinly sliced onion; combine mushrooms and after 5 minutes the chopped tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper and bake in covered container for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- == 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 g of ripe tomatoes peeled and deprived of seeds
- 1 handful of chopped pine nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley
