Grilled trout
Instructions
Clean the trout through the gills, rinse it under running water and dry it carefully.
Add salt, pepatela and spennellatela with the oil.
Inserted into the abdominal cavity washed and dried herbs, peppercorns, finely chopped garlic clove and the chopped butter.
Place the trout in the appropriate basket for grilling and cook on Grill for 20-25 minutes.
Prepared trout is tasty and keeps intact its delicate flesh.
Serve with slices of white bread and a good quality white wine.

- 1 2400 g trout
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 handful of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, thyme)
- Some grains of pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 g of butter
