Greek vegetables
Instructions
Clean all the vegetables and cut them into touch.
Let dry chopped onions and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
Add the peppers and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the other vegetables and seasoning.
Transfer everything into a bowl, add salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs and olives.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.

- 500 g of green beans
- 2 onions
- 3 peppers
- 800 g of ripe tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of greek olives
- Laurel
- Thyme
- Oregano
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Pepper
