Lemon Soup (Zuppa di Limone)
Instructions
In a Pan fry in butter and gently with vinegar onions, tomatoes and peppers.
Add the beer, then add the broth containing flavourings and cook by mix well all the ingredients.
Put in soup chicken breasts cut into cubes and strips of tortillas, pour over the boiling broth and sliced lemons.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 500 g of cut tortillas into strips and fried
- 3 lemons
- 4 peeled ripe tomatoes
- 2 chopped onion
- 2 shredded chilies
- 100 cl of 4 broth made with chicken breasts, oregano, cloves, garlic and chilli
- 2 tablespoons of beer
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- Salt
