Instructions

Nectar and rub the trouts with rough paper, wash them and fill them with chopped herbs, garlic, 2/3 of the truffle, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, olive oil.

By seasoning them with salt, pepper and accomodarle oil in a frying pan with a little Rosemary.

Cook for 30 minutes on either side and when I browned, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil and finish with sliced truffles.
