Marinated anchovies (4)
Instructions
Clean the anchovies removing the head and entrails, and United them back; wash and drain.
Place them in a bowl; by sprinkling them with lemon juice and vinegar to cover.
Let marinate for 2-3 hours and drain.
Arrange the anchovies in layers in a bowl and season each layer with garlic, pepper, salt, chopped parsley.
Drizzle with oil and serve after at least 1 hour.
