Spinach Salad with fontina cheese in the oven
Instructions
This dish is excellent with seafood, boiled or roasted.
Put still frozen spinach in boiling salted water and boil them for 10 minutes. Then, drain when they're strizzali and tagliuzzali. Peels the onion and cut it into very thin slices. Cut the fontina in cubes. Take a saucepan and add 50 gr. butter. Foul melt and then add the onion and the clove of garlic, peeled and crushed. Do you wilt slightly the onion and then combine spinach. Dress them with salt, freshly ground white pepper and the paprika. Mix well and let Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes and covered pot.
Ungi a baking dish and put it on the bottom with a layer of spinach. Then make a layer with the fontina and put here and there some butter.
